ALL TRAVELERS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT FROM PennDOT:
Please send an overnight travel request via email to your PennDOT Regional Manager for all attendees within your organization. Requests should include estimated costs of transportation, lodging, and subsistence. GSA subsistence rates for State College are $14 for breakfast, $16 for lunch and $26 for dinner. Additional individuals from partner agencies/traffic safety projects you would like to invite may also be submitted for consideration to your PennDOT Regional Manager.
BOOKING HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been secured at the Days Inn Penn State (within the GSA per diem rate) for $99/night plus taxes, fees, and assessments. This reduced rate will be available until 3/12/2019 or until the block is sold out.
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. All reservations should be booked by calling the hotel directly (814) 238-8454, press 1 for reservations and then reference the group code 040819TRA (the group code is not available for online booking).
PARKING:
For overnight guests, there will be one parking permit per room. Those not staying, but attending the meeting, will have complimentary parking as long as we have availability.
