Please join us for the 2016 PA Highway Safety Conference, April 12-15th, 2016. We will be meeting at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District. Workshop sessions will provide training opportunities to Pennsylvania's traffic safety network, addressing the latest behavioral traffic safety research and best practices. Additionally, grant coordinators will be provided administrative and programmatic updates reflecting pending federal regulatory changes, recent NHTSA Management Review recommendations, and feedback from PennDOT Program Managers.
ALL TRAVELERS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT FROM PennDOT:
Please send an overnight travel request via email to your PennDOT Regional Manager for all attendees within your organization. Requests should include estimated costs of transportation, lodging, and subsistence (as applicable). Additional individuals from partner agencies/traffic safety projects may also be submitted for consideration to your PennDOT Regional Manager.
BOOKING HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been secured for the current GSA per diem rate of $168/night plus taxes, fees, and assessments. This reduced rate will be available until March 20th or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.

PARKING:
Indoor garage parking is available adjacent to the hotel at a discounted rate of $10.00 plus 22.5% city tax per day. Vans/vehicles over the height of 6’6” will need to find alternative parking.
