ALL TRAVELERS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT FROM PENNDOT:
Overnight travel requests are required via email to your PennDOT Regional Project Administrator for all attendees within your organization; include estimated costs of transportation, parking, lodging, and subsistence. GSA subsistence rates are available on the GSA website. Maximum reimbursement for parking is $30 per day.
BOOKING HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been secured at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown (within the GSA per diem rate) for $124/night plus taxes, fees, and assessments. This reduced rate will be available until 3/12/2023 or until the block is sold out.
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. All reservations should be booked using the link to the room block secured through the Allegheny County Health Department: https://book.passkey.com/go/ACHD2023.
PARKING:
Eight (8) parking garages are located around the hotel with rates from $13 - $30 per day. A map of the parking garages around the hotel will be provided to all registered attendees. Grantee reimbursement for parking costs is capped at $30 per day.
